How do I receive my order?
By email as a digital PDF, manually prepared within 3 U.S. business days after confirmed payment and receipt of necessary details. No physical product is shipped.
How does a consultation work?
Choose your own amount within the checkout range. The service is a written tarot or numerology interpretation of one topic. Catherine will request your topic and necessary details after payment.
Which payment methods are offered?
PayPal, Venmo and Apple Pay are integrated for eligible one-time payments. Availability depends on your device, account and the merchant’s payment setup. Weekly subscriptions use PayPal.
Will I be charged again?
Only if you explicitly choose the $99.90 USD weekly subscription and authorize recurring payments. Calendar purchases and consultations are charged once.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Use your private subscription management link or PayPal to stop future renewals. Full refunds may be requested by email within 48 hours of each completed payment. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
What if checkout reports an error after I pay?
Do not pay again. Use the payment status check, review your PayPal activity, and contact support with your order reference if the result is uncertain.
